There are some terrible misperceptions about DISH and satellite TV in general that just aren’t true. People think the signal isn’t reliable, the technology is old and outdated, and the price will automatically jump once you sign up. It’s safe to say, DISH has an image problem and we needed to shed some light on the reality of satellite TV.

Challenge

We created the Plot Twist campaign to combat the rampant spread of misinformation in regards to DISH TV service. This integrated campaign was inspired by our new brand positioning, There’s More to DISH, and revealed just how we’re surprising and delighting customers with service and technology that exceeds expectations. Plot twist language and visuals of shocked viewers captures the emotions of those thrilling moments of revelation — moments when you realize there’s more to DISH than you previously thought.
